Linda writes: What's the best way to increase my calcium without taking pills or supplements?

Dear Linda,
Consuming three servings of dairy products a day is a good way to meet your calcium needs.  One cup of milk or yogurt provides 300 milligrams.  Enjoy milk, cheese, and yogurt alone or mixed in other dishes.  You can also increase you calcium intake by consuming non-dairy foods, such as broccoli, and calcium-fortified foods.
